From FAB Central Terminal, ride a jeepney bound for Balon. Inform the driver that you will get off at "Mini Park". The park is located across the Municipal Hall, along the national road leading to Poblacion. Once you arrive, you can easily walk to the Memorial Park (Old Mini Park). The park is open to the public, so visitors can freely enter and explore the historical site.
